This plugin allows you to change the DIV/Container element of each widget to one of the new HTML5 Semantic tags.

If you are using an HTML5 Theme then semantics are a big deal. Semantics will play a big role in how your content gets linked and related. For example adding Nav around menus, categories etc will let search engines and screen readers alike know that this widget offers navigatoin for your site.
